Vex Realty is the real estate brand of VEX Group Limited, a global financial and technology holding company. We identify, structure and advise on private real estate investments, and we grant admitted investors access to real projects in the United Arab Emirates. Vex Realty does not raise or manage funds: it advises and assesses the investor's suitability. It is not a real estate agency.

Real, tangible real estate projects in the United Arab Emirates, structured through private agreements with construction companies and developers, in their phase prior to commercial launch. This is not synthetic exposure.

Vex Realty advises, structures the access and assesses the investor's suitability. The investment and the signing of the contract take place directly between the investor and the relevant construction company, developer or investment fund, who are the ones that receive the capital. Vex Realty does not raise or manage funds: its role is limited to advising and assessing suitability.

It means entering a project before it comes to the open market, at its early stage of development. By entering before the commercial launch, the aim is to capture the value of that initial phase, with entry terms agreed by contract.

Vex Realty focuses on the United Arab Emirates, with projects in Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah and Abu Dhabi, diversifying by project and by emirate.

Individuals and companies —including family offices and institutions— can participate, provided they complete the admission process. Access is selective and subject to our right of admission.

Access is by admission: enhanced KYC and AML, a suitability questionnaire and an assessment. Vex Realty reserves the right of admission. The process begins with a specialist who guides you; you can start it from the request-access page.

The details of each programme and the corresponding agreements are made available to the investor once they have been admitted.
