The collection of capital and the signing of contracts always take place directly between the investor and the relevant construction companies, developers or investment funds, who are the ones that receive the funds. Vex Realty's role is limited to advising and assessing the suitability of each individual or company.

Access and admission
Access to the programmes is subject to an enhanced KYC and AML process, a suitability questionnaire and the right of admission, which Vex Realty reserves. The programmes are available only to investors who meet the applicable requirements and in permitted jurisdictions.

The definitive terms and conditions of each programme are governed exclusively by the corresponding agreements, made available to the investor once admitted. In the event of any discrepancy, the provisions of those agreements shall prevail.
