Vex Realty provides advisory and suitability-assessment services only. Vex Realty does not capture, hold in custody or manage its clients' funds. The collection of capital and the signing of contracts always take place directly between the investor and the relevant construction companies, developers or investment funds, who are the ones that receive the funds. Vex Realty's role is limited to advising and assessing the suitability of each individual or company.
